Yvonne Okoro pictured with His Royal Highness, Prince Edward
Actress Yvonne Okoro was on Tuesday captured with His Royal Highness, Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex KG GCVO when she joined high profile personalities at the 2016 Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Scheme in Accra.
As a brand ambassador for the Head of State Awards Scheme Ghana (Duke of Edinburgh International Award) and the only representative of the entertainment industry at the ceremony, she gave a speech at the ceremony and also had discussions with the dignitaries about how to improve the film industry in the face of many challenges.
Her new movie, Ghana Must Go, however also bagged eleven (11) nominations at the 2016 Golden Movie Awards, and she also got the nod for Golden Best Actress category.
