It’s party time for Shatta Movement fans!

Fans of Shatta Wale, CEO of Shatta Movement can finally have a complete album at their disposal as the self-acclaimed dancehall king announces the official launch for the highly anticipated album “After The Storm”.

The title of the album could really mean there are enough motivational songs to fill playlists. After The Storm, there’s sunshine!

First of its kind, taking into consideration the large fanbase the controversial act commands, the venue seems a perfect place for all the back to back performances he plans and not to talk about the digits… You know with Shatta Wale and ‘money movements’, there’s #Notime.

Shatta Wale, known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, he has grown to be one of Ghana’s key Dancehallers who even popularize the genre to the international stage along with Samini and Stonebwoy.




He has come a long way in the music industry from the days of his’Bandana’ hit track to his present ‘Kakai’ ‘Hol’it’ and my favourite ‘Chop Kiss.’

Although he was banned from the forthcoming VGMAs, sources close to the artiste reveals he will back next year. Shatta Wale amid all his trouble making has an amazing new management team who have seen to it that, their product causes less trouble these days and their magic seem to be working so far. Everything looks more professional now.

We hear his wife has started acting aside her managing other businesses and his baby boy Majesty has begun his keyboard lessons already but what will make fans lessen their album launch anticipation this time is, the final date for the album launch.




For one thing, I’m sure of all Shatta Wale’s released songs will be present on the yet-to-be-released album. Let’s hope my guesses are right because I think he has more than 20 unreleased songs for this album.
Also, one good news is that, the album launch is free for all.

Shatta Wale posted on Facebook saying: ‘I AM NOT TAKING ANY GATE FEE FROM ANY FAN FOR THIS ALBUM LAUNCH BECAUSE I REALLY WANT TO GIVE BACK TO THEM FOR THE LOVE THEY HAVE SHOWN ME ALL THESE YEARS..MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING..LETS KEEP THE PEACE…‪#‎ATS‬ ‪#‎BIEGYA‬ ‪#‎NOTIME‬”
