Rapper Scientific is keen to bagging home the Hiphop Artiste Of the Year award in the 3rd edition of Liberia Music Awards.

The Ghana-based Liberian-born rapper known in real life as Sonny Jamaal Tubman has been in the Ghanaian music scenes for quite a while, known by many as a Ghanaian until the he won some trophies from previous editions from the Liberia Music Awards.




Scientific, known for hit single “Nothing Without You” which featured Jayso has won three out of his four previous nominations; Artist of the Year Africa, Hip-Hop artist of the year, Male artist of the year and Collaboration of the Year.




Although voting has begun, Scientific will need more votes to beat his contenders Petro Padmore, Tito Gee, Knero in his assemblage and Bucky Raw.

This year’s Liberia Music Awards will be held in Minneapolis MN in the United states of America on June 4th.
