Each of the dinner courses were expertly paired to enhance the rich flavours of the Rémy Martin cognac. Guests were greeted with a Rémy Martin Side-Car cocktail, a balanced blend of Rémy Martin VSOP, Cointreau and fresh lime juice. A Rémy Martin Old Fashioned (Rémy Martin VSOP, aromatic bitters and sugar) paired with an assortment of starters including Smoked Salmon and Crispy Prawns. The main course was a choice of Grouper or Sirloin Steak. All perfectly paired with Rémy Martin VSOP cognac served neat.
