Our system doesn’t teach good morals – Deborah Vanessa

Deborah Vanessa 2In an attempt to make known what the nation lacks, Deborah Vanessa adds her voice to the many voices in the streets to help draw attention to the rapid corruption growth the country is experiencing.
She believes that things would one day get better, “it will be a difficult thing to say and it is because of our mentality. I mean some of these things have become part of us and until we change who we are, we will still be where we are.” She said on the Delay show on Viasat 1.

“It starts from the educational system, we lack the all round system where good morals and positivity are taught. I just feel like there are lots of angry people and if our systems are put into good use, I think all these things can fade away.”

JUST-IN: Young players at Liverpool lack responsibility – Steven Gerrard

Television show host, model and musician, academic and graphic artist, Deborah Vanessa Owusu-Bonsu also known as Sisiter Derby said the country is doomed because nothing is going on in a positive direction, there is so much pollution and corruption, we do not have good roads, no good sanitation and with this kind of attitude nothing will work here.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Publishing Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology followed by a Master Degree in Book/Journal Publishing from the University of the Arts London.

Last Saturday, she was looking fablous in her garment at the maiden Glitz Style Awards held at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotelbut her day was riuned by her disagreement with one of the awards.

Wanlov Da Kubolor Who was nominated together in the Best Individual Style category with Kwasi Kyei Darkwa (KKD) and Noella Wiyaala, lost the award to fellow nominee artiste Wiyaale and this spark some form of anger leaving Sister derby no choice than to snub the Glitz Style Awards presentation.

Wanlov’s lost however made her boycot her award presentation, forcing actress Lydia Forson to present the award on her (Deborah’s) behalf.

Although Lydia explained that Deborah Vanessa was unavailable to do the presentation, well, she was seated with his brother and the rest of the team. She just decided not to go.

Moments later, Deborah took to Twitter to confirm her disappointment.
This leaves me to ask, WHY ON EARTH WILL SOMEONE PREACH WHAT THEY DO NOT PRACTISE? If you can boycott a whole presentation just because your brother didn’t win, what makes your two-cents sharing worth listening? Don’t forget she also shared with us one of her sultry images below. Confused or she can be pardon for being a naked model? #Madakraa
