What most will say is the secret behind the successes of her music journey, Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda better known by her stage name MzVee was recently hosted by one of Ghana’s finest television presenters Deloris Frimpong Manso, host of the Delay Show on Viasat1.
The Ghanaian afropop, dancehall and R&B artiste whose award-nominated debut solo album features several hit singles including Borkor Borkor, Natural Girl and Dancehall Queen has revealed that she cannot handle a man alongside her music career.
“I meet people all the time, I just don’t think it’s that important of a matter for me now”- she responded to the question of if she hasn’t met the right guy yet?
While host Delay was bent on finding out the true state of her virginity at 24, MzVee first stated she’s still a virgin but later said: “My parents watch the Delay Show a lot… I already said I’m a virgin…”

Could it be that MzVee has broken her virginity at 24? Who could be the lucky guy kicking it from behing the Natural Girl?
Meanwhile MzVee has refuted rumours that she’s the queen of Dance hall in Ghana. She stated: ” I do almost all the genres so I cannot tie myself to one genre and claim queen”
“I use ‘queen’ in my music as part of the art the genre demands”
“I’m not the queen of Dance hall”
She wrapped up her interview saying she doesn’t think any of the female dance hall artistes in Ghana has lived up to task but she enjoys their music. For beefs, she’s not interested to record dissing songs anytime soon since she can channel the diss energy into creating songs that can move her forward in her career.[bctt tweet=”MzVee breaks virginity at 24?” username=”bjrlivefm”]
