Ghana-Congo Clash, Captains Asamoah Gyan and Andre Ayew Missing

The Black Stars were held to a 1-1 draw on Friday by Congo and will be heading for a positive result in the second leg scheduled for Tuesday, September 5th.The two players were taken off in the 1-1 draw in Kumasi in the second half and it has now been revealed that they were both injured.

It is not clear if they will travel with their colleagues to Congo or not but coach Kwesi Appiah will definitely find a perfect fit for these missing spots in his team for the match as he chases Ghana’s first victory of the series with a tiny chance of going to Russia in 2018.
