Kwami Sefa Kayi, Gifty Anti, Bola Ray, Others win at the 2015 RTP Awards

RTP AWARDS 2015The fifth edition of the Radio and Television People’s Awards (RTP Awards) was held at the Accra International Conference Centre in Accra on Saturday, October 10th 2015

MC for the event was Ghanaian comedian DKB. Although the show started late, it saw performances from veteran hiplife artists Akatakyie, Quamy Zaggy, Bisa Kdei among many others.

The night also saw Ghana’s biggest names in the radio and television industry who came out for the session that saw several awarded for their hard work under the calendar year in review.

This year’s RTP (as usual) received massive endorsement from the players; majority were on stage to personally receive their awards.

Nathaniel Kwabena Anokye Adisi a.k.a Bola Ray, Broadcaster and CEO of EIB Network, emerged as the overall winner at the 2015 edition of the Radio and Television Personality Awards (Accra) whilst TV Development Show Host of the Year went to Gifty Anti. Radio Mid Morning Show Host of the Year went to Kofi KuM Bilson of Peace FM.

Rev. Yaw Owusu-Ansah, Kwami Sefa Kayi and Mrs. Betty Oppong Apau were inducted into the RTP Hall of Fame.
