AshGold Communications Director Kofi Yawson resigns
Kofi Yawson, a sports journalist at Obuasi based Shaft FM has left his position as Communications Director following a petition by the club’s supporters directing him and two other management members to step aside.
On Shaft FM’s morning sports on Saturday, the Mr. Yawson confirmed his resignation from the league champions Ashanti Gold SC.
When asked whether he took the decision because of the calls by the supporters, Kofi Yawson said he resigned for personal reasons.
